Mr. Imtiaz Jaleel has over 27 years’ rich financial management, business transformation and corporate governance experience in well reputed multiple organizations, where he contributed in delivering accelerated and competitive growth. He has working experience in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. He has also served on the Board and Audit Committee of a reputed oil refinery in Pakistan. He started his professional career with A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers. He is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, besides holding a certification in Internal Audit from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
